What we Offer?

DiGa Apart is pleased to present fully furnished apartments located in a residential complex on the 4th floor, featuring a spacious common lobby, 24-hour video surveillance, and controlled access, situated in close proximity to the city center.

The complex has its own parking area with restricted access. Around it are concentrated all the necessary amenities that a modern person might need.

Future tenants can choose from three apartments for accommodation:

Apartment 01

33.17 m2

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 5-storey residential building and has an area of 33.17 m², offering views of the garden, the city, and the inner courtyard.
Guests have access to a private bathroom, a kitchenette with a dining area, a designated living room space, a bedroom, a TV, and internet.
The rooms are equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, including a microwave, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, extractor hood, coffee machine, and induction hob, as well as a washer-dryer combo and dishwasher, a wide range of kitchenware, and all the small essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Apartment 02

38.53 m2

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 5-storey residential building and has an area of 38.53 m², with direct access to a terrace.
Guests have access to a bedroom with a wardrobe and a living room furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, and dining table, allowing accommodation for up to 4 people.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with digital channels, and fast Wi-Fi, providing both comfort and entertainment.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, coffee machine, utensils, cups, and dining plates, as well as a washer-dryer combo and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.
Pets are welcome!
In our family, we believe pets are part of the family, and they are always welcome here! Regardless of size, breed, or type, your furry, feathered, or scaly friends can join your stay. We strive to make sure your pets feel as comfortable as you do. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet so we can ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Apartment 03

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 5-story building and has an area of 88.71 m², with direct access to a terrace.
Guests have at their disposal a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a spacious living room furnished with a kitchenette. The living room includes a dining area, a sofa bed, and a coffee table.
The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances – refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob with oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, as well as all types of kitchenware – cutlery, various glasses, plates, and other household items.
The rooms feature a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Modern comfort

DiGa Apart offers modern comfort and designer coziness combined with smart technologies for easy and independent check-in – no keys, reception, or unnecessary waiting. With just a few clicks, you gain access to your apartment – quickly, securely, and independently. All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is allowed only in designated areas and on the terraces. Each room is stocked with towels, bathrobes for children and adults, slippers for adults, and toiletries. Heating is provided by gas.

Apartment Rules and Terms of Stay

Internal rules and terms for using DiGa Apartments: 20 Pridunavski Blvd., Ruse

Please read these rules carefully before making a reservation.

Following the rules ensures a pleasant and trouble-free stay with us.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in from 3:00 PM
Check-out by 11:00 AM
Early check-in and/or late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement with the manager.

DiGa Apartments is committed to providing services in accordance with the categorization requirements and the prices announced in advance.

House Rules:

Overnight stays by unregistered persons are strictly prohibited.
Moving furniture or property within the apartments and premises is prohibited without the manager’s approval.
Removing any property from the apartments (towels, linens, utensils, dishes, etc.) during the stay is prohibited.
Guests must provide an ID for registration upon check-in.
Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or on the sidewalk in front of the building.
Pets are allowed only in one designated apartment. Owners must clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash in common areas.
Upon check-out, guests must leave the apartment in the condition in which they found it.
Guests are financially responsible for any damaged or lost property. Any damages or missing items must be paid to the manager before departure.
Guests must personally return the apartment keys to the DiGa Apartments administrator upon departure.
Illegal or immoral activities (gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of fireworks or hazardous materials, possession or use of firearms or other weapons) are strictly prohibited on the property.
Guests are responsible for disturbances of public order, including noise violations between 2:00–4:00 PM and 11:00 PM–8:00 AM. Any fines or penalties imposed by authorities will be covered by the responsible guests.
The owner and administrator of DiGa Apartments are not responsible for accidents involving children, either inside or outside the apartments. Parents are responsible for the health and safety of their children.
A security deposit of €200 is required at check-in to cover possible repair or replacement costs for broken or missing items. The deposit is released after inspection at check-out if no damage or missing items are found.
In cases of serious violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the guest’s stay.

Reservation Procedure:

Reservations can be made by phone or email listed on the website.
Reservations can also be made through online booking platforms.
Reservations are considered confirmed after a non-refundable deposit of 50% is paid within 3 business days of booking.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit or credit card, or in cash on-site.

Valuables and Security:

All valuables and personal items brought into DiGa Apartments are the responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for any loss or theft if windows or doors are left open/unlocked during their stay.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, the guest loses the paid deposit.
In case of force majeure, DiGa Apartments may offer date changes or future use of the stay.
Guests must notify the company at least 14 days prior to arrival. This also applies in case of no-show.

Acceptance of Terms:
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the internal rules of DiGa Apartments.
